1. Who you're buying from

This shop is owned and run by Evan Hutton, a sole trader based in the United States.

2. What you're buying

Every product is a digital 3D-printing guide or blueprint delivered as a PDF — print settings, diagrams and step-by-step instructions. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

3. How ordering & payment work

Orders are placed by email, not through an automatic checkout. You choose the guides you'd like and send your order (the basket's “Email my order” button fills this in). We reply with a secure payment link, and the moment your payment is received your PDF is emailed to you automatically. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never collected or stored by this website.

4. Your licence

• You may use the guide and print the models as often as you like for personal use.
• You may sell a reasonable number of physical items you print from a blueprint.
• You may not copy, share, resell or republish the PDF, its files or its text, in whole or in part.

5. Print responsibly

Guides are general guidance. You're responsible for operating your printer and any resin or chemicals safely, in a ventilated space, and following your hardware's instructions.

6. Prices & taxes

Prices are in US dollars (USD). The amount on your payment link is what you pay; any applicable taxes are shown there before you confirm.

7. Delivery & refunds

Delivery is digital and instant after payment — see the Delivery and Refund policies.

8. Disclaimer & liability

Guides are prepared with care and offered in good faith, but results depend on your printer, materials and settings, so no specific outcome is guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights that can't be waived.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

The shop at EvanHutton.site is run by Evan Hutton, the data controller for the information described here.

2. What we collect

• Information you send us: your name, email and the guides you'd like, when you email an order or message us.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment provider via the secure link. We're told a payment succeeded, but your full card number is never sent to or stored by this website.
• Basic technical information our host may process to keep the site running and secure.

3. How we use it

To prepare your order, send your payment link and PDF, answer questions, keep required records and prevent fraud. We don't sell your information and don't send marketing unless you ask.

4. Who we share it with

Our payment provider (to take payment), our email and hosting providers (to deliver your guides and run the site), and authorities only where legally required.

5. Cookies

Only what's essential. Your basket is kept in your browser during your visit and isn't shared with us until you email your order.

6. Retention & your rights

We keep order records only as long as needed for support and legal duties. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your information; EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) customers have these rights and more. Just email us.

7. Children & security

This shop is intended for adults and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 16. Payments run over encrypted connections and we take reasonable steps to protect the limited information we hold.

Evan Hutton sells 3D-printing guides and blueprints as downloadable PDF files. No physical goods, no postage, no shipping fees.

How delivery works

• You send your order by email (or tap “Email my order” in the basket).
• We reply with a secure payment link for the guides you chose.
• The instant your payment is received, your PDF is emailed to you automatically — ready to download and keep.

Instant delivery

Delivery is immediate on payment; you won't wait around. If anything ever doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and the email address you used, then email EvanHutton.site@proton.me and we'll re-send it right away.

Format & what you need

Guides are standard PDFs that open on any device and print cleanly. They reference common slicer settings (such as Cura/PrusaSlicer) and standard FDM or resin workflows.

We want you genuinely happy with your guides. Please read this alongside our Terms.

The nature of digital goods

Guides are delivered instantly as digital files. Once a PDF has been sent and downloaded it can't be “returned” like a physical item, so as a general rule all sales are final once the file has been delivered.

When we'll always make it right

That doesn't stop us looking after you. We'll gladly fix or refund if:

• you were charged the wrong amount or charged twice;
• your file won't open or is corrupted and we can't resolve it;
• you were sent the wrong guide;
• you never received your file; or
• you change your mind before we've sent it — just let us know.

How to ask

Email EvanHutton.site@proton.me with your name and a short note. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider; timing depends on your bank.

Chargebacks & your rights

If something seems wrong, please contact us first — we can usually fix it faster than a chargeback. Nothing in this policy affects consumer rights that can't legally be waived.
